HaPpy CinCo de MaYo! —Instead of scratch & sniff, it’s too bad it can’t be click & taste, then you could officially toast to Cinco de Mayo! —One of my faVoRite Mexican resTauraNts, “Zarela”was in New York City on 2nd Avenue in Midtown. Everything on the menu was fresh & delicious. Sadly, it closed in 2011 after 23 years, but I do have one of her cookbooks, “Food from My Heart”. The recipes are aMaZinG, as you would expect, but a little time consuming...but worth it! CheErS to Zarela Martinez & Cinco de Mayo!
