• Orders ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Originals are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

• Prints ship flat or rolled depending on size.

• Tracking information will be provided when available.

 

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Ownership transfers to the buyer once the artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

Returns

 

 

Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final.

 

Prints

Print sales are final unless damaged during shipping.

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

If your artwork arrives damaged:

 

1. Email Jules@julesgissler.com within 5 days of delivery.

2. Include photos of the damage and packaging.

 

 

Approved claims may receive a replacement (prints) or refund.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
